RDT Soccer is a well-established mini soccer training provider based in Winnipeg, with over 1,600 young athletes participating annually. Known for delivering high-quality soccer programming to local families, RDT’s growth brought increasing pressure on their internal systems and processes.

The Challenge

Despite their scale, RDT Soccer was still managing registrations, communications, and scheduling using basic contact forms and Excel spreadsheets. These manual systems created operational bottlenecks, especially during peak registration windows, and made it difficult to maintain accuracy, coordinate coaches, and deliver a seamless experience for parents.

Their website, while functional, had become difficult for users to navigate, with many families struggling to find clear information on available programs or how to register. There was also no central system to manage team and player data or streamline program administration, leading to inefficiencies and increased staff workload.

The Solutions and Results

To support their continued growth and reduce operational strain, we implemented a centralized sports management platform to handle player registration, payments, scheduling, and communications. This gave the RDT team greater control and visibility over their operations while dramatically reducing time spent on manual tasks.

We also redesigned and optimized their website, improving mobile usability, speed, and the clarity of information. The new site integrates directly with the platform, creating a smooth user experience for families registering their children in programs and significantly reducing support requests.

As part of the engagement, we also helped RDT identify and successfully apply for an available government grant, reducing the financial barrier to implementing these improvements.
